For teachers, principals, and adult participants
Dear Colleagues, Parents, and Sports Enthusiasts!
The goal of the Inter Pingpong in Schools program is to build a strong community through sports, develop young people’s skills, and promote table tennis both as a competitive and recreational activity. Our programs engage students, teachers, coaches, and families, making them active participants in this exciting initiative. Join us, support the children, and let’s build a more active and sporty future together!
Sports Days
We design unique programs for each target group to best suit their needs. Participants from both countries will get to know each other through fun and engaging activities while sharing their experiences. We will offer table tennis demonstrations, interesting lectures, and presentations. Throughout the games, competitions, and challenges, as well as at the end of the day, we will provide food and non-alcoholic beverages for our guests. The goal of the program is to provide students with a structured, development-oriented sports experience while fostering community building and inclusivity.

Sports Day for Families
The all-day family sports event brings together parents, siblings, and relatives—two or even three generations—participating in fun activities. The common connection among families is their children who play table tennis. The day will be enriched with table tennis demonstrations, lectures, presentations, games, and competitions. Throughout the challenges and at the end of the event, participants will be treated to food and non-alcoholic beverages.
We plan to organize three family sports days, each with 25-30 participants and 3-4 professional facilitators (coaches, organizers). The goal of the program is to provide students with a structured, development-focused sports experience while strengthening community building and inclusivity.

Sports Day for Youth Athletes
For registered athletes, those competing at the highest level already have ample opportunities for sports. Therefore, we aim to provide sports opportunities for those at the second and third levels. We plan to invite other clubs as well, so we anticipate that children from 6-8 sports clubs will participate in the sports day.
The day will be enriched with table tennis demonstrations, lectures, presentations, games, and competitions. Due to the more intense and higher-level professional work, we plan to organize these sports days with a smaller number of participants. Throughout the competitions and at the end of the day, participants will be treated to food and non-alcoholic beverages.

Sports Day for Students
The goal of the school demonstrations is to spark the children’s interest in table tennis. For the interested students, we will organize a joint, cross-border school sports day. This will be the largest event, with multiple age groups participating. The meeting between the sister schools is of particular importance during the sports day. The day will be filled with table tennis demonstrations, lectures, presentations, games, and competitions. During the competitions and at the end of the day, participants will be treated to food and non-alcoholic beverages.
Three sports days will be organized for school students, each with 50-60 participants and 4-5 professional assistants (coaches, organizers). The aim of the program is to provide students with a structured, developmental sports experience while strengthening community-building and inclusivity.
Sports Day for Students with Disabilities
The sports day will involve students with mild intellectual disabilities, multiple disadvantages, and hearing impairments. The programs will be tailored to their abilities and organized in a way that suits them. The day will feature table tennis demonstrations, lectures, presentations, games, and competitions. During the competitions and at the end of the day, participants will be treated to food and non-alcoholic beverages.
Three sports days will be organized, each with 15-20 participants, and 2-3 professional assistants (coaches, organizers) will be involved. The aim of the program is to provide students with a structured, developmental sports experience while enhancing community-building and inclusivity.
Competitions
In a sports-themed project, competition plays a crucial role. A total of three table tennis tournaments will be held within the project, each tailored to suit the different target groups, ensuring that every participant has as many playing opportunities as possible. During these tournaments, players will have the chance to compete against opponents from across the border, offering a unique experience that they wouldn’t have access to otherwise.
The aim of the program is to provide students with a structured, development-oriented sports experience while fostering community building and inclusivity.

Competition for Registered Players
For registered athletes, the top-level competitors already have sufficient opportunities to compete, so we aim to provide competition opportunities for players at the second and third levels. We plan to invite children from six to eight sports clubs to participate. The competition will involve 20-25 participants, with 2-3 professional assistants (coaches, organizers, referees) overseeing the event.
The goal of the program is to offer students a structured, development-oriented sports experience while strengthening community building and inclusivity.

Competition for Students
In addition to school presentations and sports days, we are also organizing a competition for school students. The competition will feature participants from both countries, with separate categories based on age groups and skill levels. The competition will involve 20-25 participants, with 2-3 professional assistants (coaches, organizers, referees) supporting the event.
The goal of the program is to provide students with a structured, development-oriented sports experience, while fostering community building and inclusivity.

Integrated Competition for Players with Disabilities
It is equally important for people with disabilities to have the opportunity to measure their skills against others. We do not want to separate them in the competition, but rather involve both students with disabilities and those without in the same event. This is part of our efforts to raise awareness and, importantly, to avoid always grouping them separately. However, during the awards ceremony, separate categories will be introduced to ensure fairness and equal opportunity.
One competition will involve 20-25 participants, with 3-4 professional assistants (coaches, organizers, referees) supporting the event. The goal of the program is to provide students with a structured, development-oriented sports experience, while promoting community building and inclusivity.
Camps
The camps are multi-day events where, in addition to sports, we plan to include other cultural programs. Alongside table tennis, participants will have the opportunity to try out other sports such as badminton, basketball, and football. We have designed full-day programs, ensuring that, in addition to physically demanding sports activities, there will also be theoretical programs (lectures, reports, games) and cultural programs (city tours, event viewings, etc.).
The goal of the program is to provide students with a structured, developmental sports experience while strengthening community building and inclusivity.

Summer Training Camp for Youth Athletes
We provide a training camp opportunity for licensed competitors playing at the second and third levels, where, in addition to table tennis, there will be opportunities to try out other sports such as badminton, basketball, and football. The program includes not only physical training sessions but also theoretical training (lectures, reports, games) and cultural activities (city tours, event visits).
The camp will host young athletes from six to eight sports clubs, with 15-16 players per session, accompanied by 3-4 professional assistants (coaches, organizers). The one-week program includes full board and transportation. Our goal is to provide students with a structured, developmental sports experience while strengthening community building and inclusivity.

Winter Training Camp for Registered Players
The purpose of the Winter Training Camp is to provide licensed players with a structured, developmental sports experience while strengthening community building and inclusivity.
For the top-level competitors, training camp opportunities are already available, so this program is designed for second and third-level players, who have fewer such opportunities. The camp will involve children from 4-5 sports clubs, where 10-12 players will be able to develop under the guidance of 2-3 professional assistants (coaches, organizers).
The camp lasts for 4 days and 3 nights, and participants will be provided with full board and transportation. Our goal is not only to offer professional development for the athletes but also to provide a community experience, contributing to the long-term promotion of the sport and strengthening social cohesion.

Summer Camp for School Students
The Summer Camp for school students aims to provide participants with a structured, developmental sports experience while promoting community building and inclusivity.
Although table tennis plays a central role, the program is designed so that even students who are not competitive athletes can enjoy it. Therefore, the camp emphasizes a variety of sports activities and cultural programs to offer a diverse and engaging experience.
The camp lasts 7 days and 6 nights, with 15-16 students participating in each session, supported by 3-4 professional assistants (coaches, organizers). The program includes full board and transportation to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted participation for all.
Our goal is to create an inspiring environment for students, where sports and community building go hand in hand, fostering long-term commitment to physical activity and a healthy lifestyle.
School Table Tennis Demonstrations

The goal of the School Table Tennis Demonstrations is to provide students with a structured, developmental sports experience while fostering community building and inclusivity.
The demonstrations feature 2-3 registered junior players and 1 coach, who offer students the opportunity to try out the basics of table tennis. In addition, an advanced-level demonstration is also part of the program, where participants can witness impressive technical moves and exciting drills.
Through fun and interactive tasks, students gain positive experiences and develop an interest in table tennis. The demonstrations take place at school locations and last for 1-2 hours to ensure the program is accessible to as many students as possible.
Our aim is to create an inspiring and motivating sports experience for students, which contributes to the promotion of the sport and the strengthening of community connections.
